Retrieving a cell phone number on after SIM change

Hi there, I lost my brand new Galaxy Note 9 a few days ago in Kyiv, Ukraine. I changed the SIM card at the airport in Kyiv, but I have no idea what the phone number for it is. My UK SIM is inside the case along with the new SIM details. I’ve had no luck with tracking the device, but Avast anti-theft logged that the SIM had been changed.

Is there anyway to retrieve the new SIM phone number from my Avast account?

I’m back in the UK now, but I need to exhaust all options for getting the phone back before I give up on it.

Any ideas would be much appreciated.
