I have had my e-mail account hijacked that my account refers to so I cant request a reminder in case the hijacker gets my password is there any other way I can reclaim my password?

Hi mate, its my yahoo account I tried accessing it after a long time and now its saying my account password has been changed and my avast forum account is tied to it, I was logged in till a few days ago as I used log me in forever option but now my cookies have vanished and I’m left with a forum account I cant access

thats the problem when I was still logged into my account due to my password being saved it kept asking for the password before I could change which e-mail account is tied to it but I dont know my password and now I’m logged out. I cant believe I hadn’t written my password down, either that or I had and cant find it
