Here are a few shots of settings from my RoboForm options.
I don’t use the toolbar but have it set to popup and offer to fill whenever it’s required.

I don’t use it at the system tray…
That makes me use it as a toolbar (shortened into Firefox and IE).
That’s strictly a users preference.
I have enough tool bars. Didn’t need another one cluttering up my space.
