Rootkit localize in hkey_localmachine

well this is my problem i download avast antirootkit and then find a hidden file i do the analyze from avast. well so im here to solve the problem.
i attach the logs from ADWCLEANER and i got the pc on spanish language so im gonna translate the chat log. and i follow the guide “Logs to assist in cleaning malware”.

ADWCLEANER TRANSLATE(some words i translate it)

Valor Suprimido= Value deleted
Navegadores = browsers
Sustituido = Replaced
Fichero = file
Suprimida = deleted

i used rapid scan before and i get a trojan but get deleted anyways i bring you the text.

VirtualStoreSize=1640 indicates that you do have, or have had a virtual machine on this system at some stage is your version of windows home or premium ?

Its says windows 7 home premium

How is the computer behaving ? Any weirdness

i just see a destokp.ini is that bad?

No not a problem, it is a system file that will be rehidden during the cleanup
