Rootkit problem, help please!

Hi,

I really hope someone can help me.

I have been getting the following warning everytime I boot up the computer. I have followed the instructions and have done a boot scan 3 times now but it is still there. It is showing as: svc:epsonst win32 evo-gen(susp)

I really am not very computer savvy so will need my hand held a little. I will follow the instructions as laid out on the home page and hope I do it right. :slight_smile: Do I just post the reports in here?

Oops! So sorry, told you I was a novice. What do I save the report too or can I just attach it from notepad/ Ok sussed it.

OK for some reason Avast is picking up on the printer service… Do you get offered the ignore option
