Please guy’s can u help me i downloaded gmer to detect and remove rootkit in my c hard drive there is a rootkit when i scan using rootkitrevealer suddenly when gmer scans my pc just stops and reboots then my bios cant load the mbr i soon realized that my partition table was corropted now i can’t see d drive i try reinstalling windows 7 but in the setup it can’t detect hard drive it shows c drive i try clicking it and windows say’s you need to format the drive i try to reformat it but it cant.
Are you installing on top your old Windows 7 installation? or side by side the drive using a separate partition?
