Hi,
I seem to have acquired a rootkit virus “SVC:swcustcfg> ???
I have done everything to get rid of it but to no avail.
Every time I try to delete the file, an error comes up saying " Error: Error 0xA0000101. (-1610612479)”
I have contacted avast support and followed their steps, and still can’t get rid of it.
If anyone out there can help me, I would greatly appreciate it as I don’t know what else to do.

That is zeroaccess for sierra wireles, next time it appears select ignore… It is a false positive
