Though I have SecureLine set to Miami or New York, it will route through the Czech Republic: Google is my home page, and I will end up at Google.cz. Sites that disclose my location show that I’m posting from the Czech Republic, where I’ve never been.
If a VPN server is not working another is used and that can be the one in Czech, Germany or any of the others that are still functioning.
