Avast seems to dislike EVERY RPGMaker made game on steam. You guys should look into that. You get a chance to just continue on or move it to qurantine.

That’s a lot of files to mark as false positive. On of you guys must have ONE game made in RPGMaker. There must be hundreds on steam.

Hi, can you post any more info? I would love:

  • printscreen of the detection (to see which component is marking it as false positive)
  • detection name (what Avast says about the file)
  • filename or (even better) sha256 or virustotal link to the file
    We might have some of the games in our database, but it is hard to find them - how do we know which files were made in RPGMaker?
    With more information about what is going on, I will be able to fix it (or have it fixed).
