Rubbish Customer Support

I was charged again for an Internet Security license (that I already have) via an automatic PayPal payment so I thought to call Avast. Not possible as Avast do not supply a Customer Service phone number! Instead they tell you to open a Support ticket. Which I did but over 3 hours now & still no reply. Unbelievable. I’ve reported the unauthorized removal of my money to PayPal.

Cannot believe a company the size of Avast cannot afford or cannot be bothered to offer Customer Services phone reps.

Good, then forum spammers have the same problem ;) and it is only the first 3 posts

Usually 5+ business days ...but you should recive a confirmation mail?

If things like this where handled by phone, it is really easy to end up with a “yes/no game” and that will not bring anything to the customer nor avast.

Three hours. With a company with over 200 million customers it’s rather difficult to give any user instant gratification
It can take up to two weeks for a ticket to be answered (which is quite reasonable).
Don’t make things worse by submitting any more tickets since it’s First In-First Out.

It is +/- 400m customer now :wink:
