Running Avast 4 Pro with a Limited User Account XP Pro

Hello,
I’m new to Avast Forums and this is my first posting.

I would like to know if Avast 4 Pro can be used and updated with a limited account in XP Pro?

I am the Administrator for my family computer and I don't really like running all the accounts as an Administrator.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I also hope that this thread was posted in the appropriate forum.

Let me see. You have Avast 4 pro and this forum is for Avast 4 pro/home. hmmm tough one..... YUP ! In the correct forum ;D

Don’t worry, Avast will work. Just install it as admin (if you not already have done so) Pro has the option to put a pw on it. I suggest you use that also.
