I want a refund for the bill you have sent me for two years. I just saw the first one. My husband is using the only PC I have and only for the past several months. I am a Mac user. I decided to resurrect it for him. I had it completely cleaned up and put Bit Defender on it. The only Avast I am aware of is associated with the Google Chrome.
Is that where this came from? I have even changed banks and credit cards and you are billing me. in trying to reach you I have given you more info than I would ever want you to know. Please refund my money immediately and purge all data you have on me from your files. I am sure you can get it any time you want. You cannot just bill me for something I do not have. I have read other users remarks and know you ignore these emails, but I expect a full refund immediately. You can do it because you are accustomed to this sort of complaint. SOrrell

You cannot just bill me for something I do not have.Very likely it was a auto-renewal that took place. If you had a paid version of avast in the past en have it enabled, the auto-renewal will take place unless you disable it before it does. Removing avast from a system does not stop the subscription. avast is sending you 3 mails before the auto-renewal takes place, giving you enough time to disable it if you don't want it to happen.
and know you ignore these emailsYou are completely wrong. avast is handling all tickets. Usually within 2 workdays (can be a bit longer if it is really busy or during holidays)
purge all data you have on me from your filesThat might not be possible as companies need to keep certain data for a certain amount of time (requiered by law)
Please refund my moneyRefund request must be done through the ticket system, not through this webboard.
