Safe mode stuck at aswRvrt.sys

The computer won’t boot normally. It freezes at the windows XP splash screen, if you give it enough time it will eventually blue screen and reboot.
The blue screen is just a flash, I haven’t been able to see which one it is.
Going into safe mode it freezes loading aswRvrt.sys

I followed the posted instructions.

Hi first I will try a restore point

Download the attached fixlist.txt to the same location as FRST
Run FRST and press FIX
On completion try a normal boot
