No. You can get avast on avast.com. You can also find a list of resellers there.

Try at Amazon.co.uk , Amazon sell at good prices. ( Make sure it is direct from Amazon)

For an AIS 3 year 1PC License at US $13.44 is highly suspect.

It is a price well lower than an official avast reseller - if he were an official avast reseller I would expect them to mention it and give a reference to it which can be checked. e.g. his listing on the avast resellers list.

Hmm… I wouldn’t recommend eBay. I would recommend Amazon.
eBay is a place where people SELL things that THEY owned. And people buy these things that people owned.
Avast needs to be original.
So I would say you should get it officially from the avast! shop.
