Safe Price , removal under Internet Explorer 11

This thing has started popping up recently and not sure why.

I searched the forums and checked the AOS settings but can’t find a way to remove it

Windows 7 and IE11

I was able to find the Chrome setting to disable it, but not under IE 11

why not just remove it completely?

Control panel/programs and features/avast/change.

Deselect the Feature(s) you don’t want
