Do I have to get Chrome to use SafeZone? I cannot get past the message about how I don’t have a profile when I attempt to use SafeZone. I have no desire to use any Google product other than for email

No you don’t as Chrome has nothing to do with the the safe zone, even if you got google chrome you can’t use that in the safe zone as the whole point of the safe zone is to isolate it completely from your desktop.
The safe zone uses its own safezonebrowser, this is a customised browser based on the chromium browser.
Thanks, I am at a loss then why I keep getting Google Chrome popping up. Sigh
