I have a problem with windows 8 and safe zone. I’m unable to log into bank account under safe zone. The message states that adobe flash player is not available.
The point is as far as I know chrome is already fitted with necessary plug in. And when I’m check for plug ins (chrome://plugins) Adobe flash player is really not there. To make matters more interesting I have also another computer running with win7 and plug in is there available (under safe zone of course).
Thank you in advance for your support.
Yes, flash is natively supported by Windows 8(.1).
If you try chrome://plugins on that system outside the safezone, do you see flash listed?
Also check the installed Windows components to see if the flash part is installed.
I just looked online and flash is in Chrome however you need the plug-in. According to the search I just did online, many people are having issues with adobe and getting their update to work, so you are not the only one. Here is a link that might help http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/flash-player-google-chrome.html. You can also do a search to see what other people have done, but basically they are just as frustrated.
