Safe Zone unable to access bank: lack of adobe flash player

Dear all,

I have a problem with windows 8 and safe zone. I’m unable to log into bank account under safe zone. The message states that adobe flash player is not available.
The point is as far as I know chrome is already fitted with necessary plug in. And when I’m check for plug ins (chrome://plugins) Adobe flash player is really not there. To make matters more interesting I have also another computer running with win7 and plug in is there available (under safe zone of course).

Yes, flash is natively supported by Windows 8(.1).
If you try chrome://plugins on that system outside the safezone, do you see flash listed?
Also check the installed Windows components to see if the flash part is installed.

The instructions are for Internet explorer, but I guess Chrome has something similar:

I just read this on Adobes website:

If you are using Windows 8, Flash Player is now embedded into the operating system for Internet Explorer so there is no need to manually install.
Looks to me you still have to install Flash separately for other browsers then IE.

Out of the safe zone flash player is available in Chrome.
I still have not found solution

I just looked online and flash is in Chrome however you need the plug-in. According to the search I just did online, many people are having issues with adobe and getting their update to work, so you are not the only one. You can also do a search to see what other people have done, but basically they are just as frustrated.
