Laptop HP notebook. Chrome. Avast does not show up on my control panel, it’s an app. I am connected via wifi. I have avast pro and safe zone. I opened safe zone the other day to do some banking and everything was fine. I tried to open it today and all I get is the first orange and white screen but no browser window.
I went back to setting and reset to default. I have also done a quick scan. Some files were marked that they could not be scanned because of a missing password. I looked at them and they were all related to Flash X. I had tried at some point to installed flash X when avast was open and it never worked. So I left it alone.
I have turned my computer off about 5 times now. Still the browser will not open. Any suggestions?
I’m not at all computer savvy.
