is it possible that you started the browser as administrator (or from elevated application e.g. Total commander) right after browser update?
We are working on fix of this but I am not sure if this is your case. Thanks
To fix it please delete this folder: c:\ProgramData\AVAST Software\SZBrowser\profile\YOURUSERNAME
- make sure you backup your bookmarks first (Bookmarks → Export Bookmarks)
btw. you can access settings, for example go to start page and use the bar on the left. Or use top left menu (Avast SafeZone)
