Safezone Browser can't read preferences

Happen on V7 and V8 beta

any ides for solving it?

Try a repair of avast!:

  1. Control Panel → Programs & Features → avast!
  2. Click on ‘Repair’.
  3. Follow instructions.
  4. Reboot.

did it already , it doesn’t solve the issue

Try this in v8: open GUI → Security → Tools → SafeZone → Settings → Reset SafeZone → restart your PC

still have the issue; maybe i have to uninstall, clean, reinstall AIS

Maybe this could solve your problem. For uninstalling v8 use this tool in safemode: http://files.avast.com/test5beta/aswclear.exe
Let it run for any prior installed versions (v7, v6…)
