I use Windows 7, with Service Pack 1. I also have besides AIS 2016 installed, Malwarebyes Pro, Free version of SuperAntiSpyware.
What a nightmare. I can NOT get the Pay Mode enabled at all. I have removed AIS 2016 and reinstalled it again, and again, and again with NO Results. I need to have the Safe Zone Browser with Pay Mode to work properly for my banking online, even though it says the connection says it is Secured, but the Pay Mode will Not enable.
Also, below are a few more issues with the SafeZone Browser.
When I click settings, I get the following pop up message:
This webpage is not found
No webpage was found for the web address: chrome-extension://npefbnhfjaofkhehcnhmacaeinbponln/html/popup.html
Also when I click SafeZone Add-ons, I get the following message:
This webpage is not found
No webpage was found for the web address: chrome-extension://npefbnhfjaofkhehcnhmacaeinbponln/html/settings.html
I have been with Avast for many, many years and it has protected my computer. Perhaps with a few issues, but I always got it working again with the Excellent help from members on this forum. I can NOT sit at my computer very long due to medical issues and besides I am not an expert like most of the members and support people here. I am getting very frustrated with my current issues. I am getting to the point into finding another software program to replace Avast with secure banking options. I really prefer if some how I can get the Pay Mode to work properly, etc. etc, instead saying good bye to Avast.
