The lack of response from the Avast Support Team to this thread coupled with their lack of response to another forum member’s support ticket last year suggests that there is a glitch with the SafeZone. I find it very disappointing that such a minor technical problem can be left on paid versions (I am using Avast Premier) of the product for so many months even after several updates with no explanation. This is enough to make me reconsider renewing my subscription which has always been done without a second thought.
