SafeZone Issues

I still can’t get SafeZone to automatically open when I go to one of the websites in my normal browser and that I have added to the list in the AV interface. I had talked to their support before about this and they were claiming it was something on my system. Well anyhow, I re-installed by OS because I added a SSD to my system and wanted to start with a fresh install. Anyhow, it still does not automatically switch to these sites. Am I misunderstanding how this is supposed to work, or is this how it normally does? It’s not that big a problem, as I can open it manually, and then select sites, but I’m just wondering if there is some issue with my AV that is preventing it from operating that way. Anyhow, a bigger problem is saving documents from the SafeZone browser. If I hit save, and follow through on where I want it save and hit save, it does not appear where I had thought I had saved it. Is there a separate documents folder for SafeZone somewhere? It seems that I can print out of SafeZone, but not save anything, which is a big drawback. I also use a password program, and if I make changes in that, they do not appear in the same file that I originally pinned to SafeZone. Where is that stored now?

I found out something interesting when I was trying to find files that I had saved using the SafeZone desktop and browser as they weren’t being save to my documents folder on my desktop. I went to C:/Program Files/AVAST Software/Avast/sfzone looking for a folder where my files might have been saved, when I found the SafeZoneBrowser application. Clicking on that, I found that it opened a new window on my normal desktop, and it still said SafeZone Browser, but found out I could now save files out of that to folders on my desktop. So if I can interact with my desktop like that, am I still getting the protection that SafeZone is supposed to provide?
