SafeZone reseting bank certificates

I’m asking this on a behalf of someone else, because i’m not using a Pro/AIS at the moment…

This person is asking if it’s normal that SafeZone removes his bank certificates inside SafeZone after he closes it?

The SafeZone browser run on virtual mode. This is separate from the system and that the certificate stores, but after the closing of all of the changes will be lost. Like when the bubble burst.

I’m not sure what he means but I had a problem with my bank site in the Safe Zone. It suddenly would display the home page of the site fine, but after logging in, the next page and all subsequent pages, would be displayed as only text based links with no graphical elements at all. They looked like the html file you get when you export your bookmarks to a file and open that file in your browser. I reported it to the site owners and they said nobody else had reported the problem. I decided to clean out the Safezone Browser’s data and voila, now the pages all display as they should. I have now set the browser to delete all it’s collected data when it is shut down.

The user said it worked fine before, but now it’s reseting the certificate. I honestly don’t know if that’s normal or not or in what situation this might happen. Would it be possible that he just suspended the SafeZone but now he closed it? But then again this should remove the certificate either way if the user reboots the system…

Yeah if you suspend, it still gets reset when you reboot. One other thing I found is this. The browser will only retain things if you close it before exiting the Safe Zone.

Anyone other idea?
