I recently downloaded and installed Internet Security 6. I’m using Windows 7 32bit. Safezone does not appear under additional protection nor does the icon appear on the desktop gadget. Can anyone please tell me why this may be?

The reason for the missing safezone may be this:
You should be able to add it via the control panel:
Start -->control panel -->Programs -->uninstall a program -->avast! Internet Security -->Click 'Uninstall/Change -->choose Change → Check Safezone

Thanks Scott, I contacted support and it was first suggested I try “repair” but that didn’t work. The next step was to uninstall, restart, download program again, restart and it was there. Then I regregistered and everything seems fine.
