Same settings across multiple devices

I have several devices that are using Avast. I have to install Avast on each of these machines. I would like to ensure that they all have the same settings and once I have one device’s settings set how I want it, is there a way for all future installations to install the software then copy a file from the original so that the settings are the same as the original?

Put them all in the same group.after deploying avast to them through the console.

Not all devices were deployed through the console and I am using Avast Free, so I can’t find any grouping information. The devices just show up.
