Sandbox being developed?

The Avast Pro 7 sandbox is troublesome, and on both of my computers is not usable. I read other posts that indicate problems with the sandbox.
So far it appears to me that the Avast technicians or developers are at a loss as to what to do to correct it. I understand that it is a work in progress, but I do not see any response that indicates they are taking on the problem or when it might be fixed.

Hello there, I am having similar problems with the sandbox, I think it is the sandbox creating the problem. First, I could not sign in to any webpage on Firefox. I didn’t know initially that the sandbox was creating the problem as it did not show a coloured line around the screen. I checked my avast pro 7 and discovered that it was listed in sites to be virtualized with sandbox. I took it out and the same problem occurred, and I lost track at which point this was occurring, but even though there was no coloured line around the Firefox screen, just accessing firefox was giving me a message that this site was virtualized with Sandbox. I went back and added Firefox to the sandbox and I was able to sign in to pages! However, I could no longer save documents or recordings. For applications, I could only run them but not save them. I disabled sandbox and the problems persist. Also–what may be an unrelated problems–no matter what I do: open a document from my hard drive, open a mail message, or access a website, I get a message about “certificate revocation”. This happens every single time! I have not fixed that problem. I did follow a technician’s advice to correct the problems (listed above). My second message is still unanswered after 2 days. Today, even Chrome is blocking my access to Avast site. It seems that Avast is now dangerous.
