Sandbox crashes when i want to open program.

Title says all i will drop showcase out here.

Sandbox problem :

as you can see normal start of program works but the sandbox one dont and program just crash it also dont even show the program.
i use windows 7 ultimate .

Repair Avast:

  1. Control Panel → Add/Remove programs → Avast
  2. Click on ‘Repair’.
  3. Follow instructions.
  4. Reboot.

it is updated and even for my friend sandbox doesen’t work

  1. Download Avast Premier Antivirus: https://files.avast.com/iavs9x/avast_premier_antivirus_setup_offline.exe
  2. Follow instructions: https://www.avast.com/uninstall-utility (Run this tool for all prior installed Avast versions…!!)
  3. Reinstall Avast with the downloaded installer from point 1.
  4. Reboot.

i just found i can run another applications but this one has blocked sandbox, and i need to start it somehow but how can i do it are there any sandbox settings?

Hi Maxmilián,

When I’ve tried this, it appears that this behavior only occurs when you already have an instance of Steam running outside of Sandbox (as in the video you uploaded). Please try exiting the Steam client (including closing the application from the taskbar icon) before running it in Sandbox, and this should resolve the issue.
