sandbox malfunction

My sandbox and autosandbox modules does not function. All features were installed and repaired. Avast shows everything as normal. For sandbox, the settings cannot be updated, its read only. As for autosandbox, everything is perfect but my pc does not respond to the autosandbox test tool. The explorer shell sandbox contents are also missing. Please help.

I feel this problem is just with avast IS…works fine with free version ???

It means, aswsnx.sys driver isn’t loaded.
run cmd (as admin) type “fltmc load aswsnx”, do you get an error?

    thanks for your pic… it revealed you’re using 6.2.8250 (aka Win8 CP), although you’re first post says you’re using win7 32bit.
    Unfortunately we support only latest Win8 builds (8400 right now, aka Win8 RC).
