The red border that indicates that a program is running sandboxed doesn’t always show when you run an application sandboxed. Neither do the “@” tags. But the programs are, infact virtualized (They show up in the list on the Process Virtualization page). I’ve tested this by luanching the same app multiple times. Can somebody confirm this? I’ve never had this problem with 5.0.
I can confirm this, it happens to me as well.,
Thanks.
This is a small issue, but I’d still like to see it fixed for the next release.
I can’t duplicate this. What are some of the apps that you are sandboxing? I will try those.
Actually, I think it only happens when you open Internet Explorer (InPrivate Mode). Not too sure though. I seem to always get the red bordered window on other applications ???
So far no issue here.
@ ImWarm and xqrzd : What is your Windows version, and is it 32 or 64 bit ?
Greetz, Red.
I’m using Windows 7, 32-bit.
Ok thnx. I have send an email to the sandbox developer with a link to this topic.

Under virtualization parameters is “show tags in the titles of windows created by virtualized applications checked”? Mine was not ticked. See attached
Thanks for info - this bug was fixed. However, some dialogs may not still contain the tag - it will be added.
Thank you pk. And thanks to everyone who tried to help. ![]()
