Sandbox\SafeZone on XP pro 64 bit SP2 with 1456 and earlier

I’ve got got a problem that only appears on my 64 bit comp. Neither Sandbox nor SafeZone appear anywhere in the GUI exccept under ‘browser protection’ but it is greyed out. It’s Ok on another 32 bit comp. Avast support can’t help with this. Anyone any ideas?

Sorry, but I fear these features are not supported on XP 64 bit.

Thanks - that’s what I feared. Avast 2nd line support didn’t tell me that though which is a bit irritating as I spent sevral hours installing and uninstalling at their suggestion. Setting Safezone in components.ini shows up in the icon popup and launches the background but that’s as far as it goes. Resets ityself after (yet) another restart.
