I am using Avast Premium on Windows and running a web browser inside Avast Sandbox.
The option “Save trusted downloaded files outside the sandbox” is enabled.
However, downloaded files do not appear on the real system (Downloads, Desktop, or Documents).
The files I usually download are text files or documents generated by Claude AI (for example .txt, .md, .pdf, or similar document formats).
The downloads complete successfully inside the sandboxed browser, with no error messages, but the files are not accessible after closing the sandboxed browser.

Desktop and Documents
Avast Quarantine
Could you please clarify:
How can I verify whether a downloaded file is considered “trusted” by Avast Sandbox?
Is there any log, event, or report that shows when a file is exported from the sandbox to the real system?
Is there any way to manually export or recover downloaded files from the sandbox before or after closing it?
Are AI-generated documents or text-based files treated differently by Avast Sandbox compared to standard downloads?
