Sandboxed MS Word and Firefox, can't get them out! Critical, need help.

I’m working on my wife’s computer. Somehow MS Word and Firefox have been placed in the Sandbox and I can’t get them out. I’ve turned AutoSandbox OFF and totally disabled all shields, both programs are still in the Sandbox.

This is really critical and I need to get it fixed. If it’s something we’ve done, let me know. My wife can’t save any documents/reports, etc.

Right click the .exe files of Word and Firefox and choose to run outside of the Sandbox permanently.

Thanks a lot! The program has been updating and I’m behind the curve with it. Now we can work with Word and Firefox.
