saving in sandbox

i have ie 8 set to always run in the sandbox.i go to sandbox-expert settings-web browsers and have nothing checked in exclusions so nothing should be saved right(cookies, etc)?when i sign into avast forum or anything else and close ie and then open back up i see that im still signed in?why is this?

not 1 person from avast could reply, wow.has anyone tried this?if this is actually happening on more than just my 2 systems than this is a problem because cookies and who knows what else are not being sandboxed?

I would say that your answer is in the UI or Help Center and I don’t use AIS or Pro, the exclusions relate to what shouldn’t be sandboxed, applications, not saving downloads, etc. which appears to be in the Virtualization parameters, see image extract of help file.

what im saying is i dont exclude anything.the browser and everything in the browser are(should)be sandboxed.so when i sandbox ie and log into a website and close ie it should not retain that login since it was sandboxed but it does?

OK, I think I recall another topic saying the same thing, don’t know if that was yours also.

It’s ok. It’s kept to accelerate the browsing while sandboxed.
You need to delete the sandbox contents in its settings.

i closed ie-opened up avast and deleted sandboxed contents and then opened up ie and was still signed into this forum?

Oh oh… Cookies are being kept then…
