Saving Word document impossible

When Avast Internet Security is ON, impossible to save my WORD document because an empty read only document has been created and can not be overwrited.
When Avast is turned OFF, no problem for saving my document as no empty document is created.

It appears only with WORD documents. I checked WORD, read only is never selected.

Have an idea ?

My guess this is related to Ransomware shield. You may turn it off and try again to find out
