It’s great to see Essexboy given thanks, he’s helped so many people, plus his determination to train as a Malware Removal Expert has to be acknowledged.
Maybe an inspiration for others to take the same path at a Training Forum for Malware Removal.
The Avast! Forum being an excellent ‘all round’ Forum full of the most helpful, and wise mix of people online.
I tried training (Malware Removal) at a few sites, but it was too time consuming, plus from what I saw I thought I would drop Windows, and go to Linux. ;D Just my choice, not a suggestion. We all follow different paths, … 
I’m even moreso impressed by what Essexboy has achieved having tried myself. Plus his cool calm persona when working through a Malware cleanup is fantastic to watch.

Checking in here is the best advice I could give personally, for any manner of problems, you’ll get great support.
