Hi team, I’ve been trying to connect my Xtra email (*@xtra.co.nz) to Email Guard via Scam Guard for several months. Despite Xtra supporting IMAP, I consistently receive a message saying it’s not compatible. Your FAQ lists many providers, including localized domains, but Xtra is missing. Can you confirm whether support for Xtra is planned, or if there’s a workaround available? I rely on this account for critical communications and would appreciate any guidance or timeline. It is not a good idea to expose your email address on a public forum like this. I have asked Mods if they can to obscure it.
