Scan drop down menu

Avast Free Antivirus / Premium Security

Scan for virus - drop down menu has only boot time scan available. I can create a custom scan but what happened to all the other items that used be in drop down menu (quick scan, full scan,…)
I have searched the forum without seeing any answers to this.

Repair Avast:

  1. Control Panel → Add/Remove programs → Avast
  2. Click on ‘Repair’.
  3. Follow instructions.
  4. Reboot.

yeah, did the repair, still the same. prob will have to uninstall/reinstall; but thanks for the info.
