I’m using avast and I did a full system scan because my computer is acting strange lately. slow to respond to commands, freezes up for a moment, and not sure if the two are connected but the scan results wore this:

Is this an important part windows 10? Could this be the reason for the computer to start acting strange? What is SysWow64\ActionCenterForms.dll? How do you fix this probem? I took the free upgrade to windows 10 from windows 7 2 days before the expire date. And I have a high speed internet connection but now its very slow…
