scan found programs slowing down pc

on the quick scan it identified ms one drive and synaptics pointing device driver programs slowing down pc
if you choose the avast fix for these what does it do to these programs?
uninistall? somehow make more efficient?

I can see how the one drive might be a resource hog always monitoring all the files it has to keep them in sync with cloud and pc

but the synapics pointing device is the default mouse driver just installed by ms as I just installed the latest version of win 10 on my pc seems strange that such a core component of the o/s and selected by ms could be a resource hog?

btw the captcha is almost impossible to read, requested about 5 images and still took a few trys to get it right
curious minds want to know :wink:

ok saw the message about putting the slow down items services to sleep and changing their startup I can see that for the one drive but not with a mouse driver, I’m surprised that some think like a mouse driver even runs as a service. not really sure about o/s architectures but would think a mouse driver would be even deeper so to speak in the o/s, it kinda has to be there not depending on a service to start and run?

Is it your Mouse or your touchpad ??? I use the mouse constantly. I only use the touchpad if my mouse isn’t handy.
