If you have “Scan web (HTTP) traffic” checked in the Web Shield, is it safe to remove this check mark?
I am asking this because my speed increase dramatically with it unchecked.
Example: with it unchecked Download speed is 16.40 upload is 3.88
checked Download 7.01 Upload 3.29

Web Shield, which is a scanning module capable of real-time monitor and filter traffic coming from Internet sites, with the most used browsers, such as Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Opera, Google Chrome, etc… The connections of the browsers mentioned are redirected to Module Internet, and this will scan the downloaded content looking for malware. However, there are many other browsers not so used, and they all have a different way of accessing the content of the page on the Internet. Because of these differences, some browsers do not work with Internet Module.
