When I choose Scan Inserted Media in the preferences, everytime I connect a shared volume to my Mac it starts scanning that volume.
Is there any way I can choose what kind of inserted media it scans?
Hallo, there’s no such by-kind separation possible.
But, what is possible, is to whitelist/exclude certain paths. And because each volume is mounted under /Volumes/TheNameOfTjeVolume, it’s quite easy to get particular volumes skipped.
