scan progress & scan result is missing!!

:frowning: please help me, every time I scan my computer, the avast is not showing any results and not revealing the scan progress :-[
what should I do???

Are you using the Home version?
How are you starting the scanning? Right clicking in Windows Explorer, by a button in the Interface, which one?

Did you set it so? See my reply above…
What are you scanning from the Interface? Disks? A folder?

disks and folders, still the same :cry:

The progress should be in the interface then.
The results are shown if you set the report options. Or in the logs (if a virus is found).

Right click the ‘a’ blue icon.
Program Settings.
Report tab of settings.
