Scan & Rebooted | copy of Windows is NOT genuine?

I don’t understand Avast. Once a week, I run a normal scan and it everything is fine. Then, I run a Boot scan and it suddenly finds numerous “Java:Agent” infections. (Java:Agent - AJA, Java:Agent - AIA, Java:Agent - AIL, Java:Agent - AHJ, etc). Why didn’t the normal scan find these?

Even worse, after the reboot, in the bottom right corner of my desktop, it says:
“Windows Vista ™ Build 6002. This copy of Windows is not genuine.”
What is going on?

The Files havent been detected cause they are hiding when the system runs. But when the system isnt running there is no way
for them to hide and there are beeing detected.

And something happened to your windows license, normally you could fix this if you are giving in your license key if you have one.

No offense, but this is a ridiculous response.
Shouldn’t anti-virus programs find these infections regardless of them hiding?
What’s the point of running normal scans when it’s not finding ALL infections?

Some malware can only be cleaned with using a Live CD or Rescue disk cause they are protecting themselves from beeing scanned.

Some Screenlockers can only be deleted with a Rescue disk and some files are only accessible with an Live CD cause they are protected system files.

Could they be a case of older versions of java still installed on the pc? Im just asking because I know my dads computer is one of those cases where he had both java version 6 and the latest 7 installed, and also got warnings about an infection from the version 6 one.

As for as the windows no longer being genuine I dont have a a clue regarding that.

I rebooted and the message in the corner is now gone. Not sure what that was all about.
Seems to be fine now.
However, I’m not happy about having malware on my machine (for god knows how long) and not realizing that normal Avast scans don’t do crap.
Guess I’ll have to run boot scans every time. :-\

where are those files located? .... full file path

7 of them with slight variations of the following:
C:\Users\2007\AppData\Local\Sun\Java\Deployment\cache\6.0\38\4d809ea6-586375d0

Open java on control pannel click advanced to empty java console cache & re run avast scans & Make sure that you have the latest Java application if you need it. Dumped Java on my computer as several exploits was on it! . Also test your computer with malware bytes free & Report back if any malware is found to assist you cleaning up the computer.

Java sucks. I don’t think I use it for anything, so I deleted it from all of my computers this morning.

JAVA WELL Yes it is only used for games & Apps for phones etc. CAN CAUSE REMOTE FILE EXECUTIONS!!! DANGEROUS!! THAT IS WHY I DUMPED IT
Another good programe is crapcleaner download it from piriform or filehippo and run it to clear all junk files off the machine and then do disk maintenance defragmenter afterwards. Then after that your machine will run alot faster and quicker
