Hi. I hope I am in the correct forum to have my question answered. I have been using Avast 4.7 home addition and when ever I start going into the internet or a new website a series of messages indicating which sites are being scanned start to appear. These messages of sites being scanned can take up a much as half the page I am presently trying to log into, obliterating the very site I am trying to read. Is there anyway I can stop the visual display of these messages. Any assistancewill be appreciated.
You would appear to have been tweaking avast as these ‘Show detailed info on performed actions’ is disabled by default, you may need to check all providers (it is in the same place for each) and uncheck the option.
Example, Web Shield - Show detailed info on performed actions, check Standard Shield and Internet Mail and ensure this option is disabled also.
