I have tried both PocketPC versions on my iPAQ with PocketPC 2003. When I scan, it sticks on a file named “ignore_my_docs”. If I delete that file, it sticks on another file. What am I doing wrong?

It also sticks on a file when I scan too. Forgot which one though. Which is why I’m trying to uninstall the program… But I Can’t!!!
ignore_my_docs is a file which tells your PDA what to do with your storage card contents. All that happens when you delete it is the storage card contents are shown in you “My Documents” folder. Its a file that should be there. You could try opening avast!>settings then deselecting storage card. If you need to scan it, i advise uninstalling avast, THEN backing up onto your computer (NOT storage card. Back up there then move the backup file onto your comp. Make sure the backup is a FULL one.) Then hard reboot by pressing both restart and the on/standby button at the same time. Then restore your backup. THEN reinstall avast. This makes sure it is a clean reinstall and also completely flushes the RAM to get rid of any viruses that are causing the scanner to stick.
