scans getting stuck, wont perform performance scan although I have free trial

So when I go to run a quick scan it keeps sticking on 66% and not going any further. Its at the point of performance scan. Also when I try to do just the clean up in the performance section it’s not going past step one? Any idea what the problem is ?

CleanUp will not work in the free version, you will have to pay for it.

At what point does the scans get stuck ? (see the log files)

Smart scan and CleanUp don`t finish and are renewed two weeks ago.

Looks like you’re in the middle of Network scan which takes a while to complete.
How long did you wait ???
