The start error is not happening anymore…?
Admin (user #1) is working fine. No popups etc…
HOWEVER, It wont update 3 of the windows updates (kb2552343, kb2547666, kb2532531) I tried to manually install them and it says these are not applicable for this computer???! Why is it saying they need to be updated?!? ??? Maybe need to flush update history?
ATTACHED you will find the logs for user#2. When starting their account, I get a couple RUNDLL errors, and there where popups and adware. Malwarebytes found 2 infections…
I deleted a pc health kit (or something like that) program that kept trying to scare me about the number of infections on here…we know better

On #3…‘Guest’ account. Ran the tests and some of the logs have disappeared?

Other than an occasional start up error (asks me if I want to start windows normally or recover/restore) and I start normally and there are no issues…
AND I am trying to update ADOBE AIR…but it keeps failing…I cant even uninstall it to reinstall it…

OK got it to install…here is how (found it on Adobe forums)
Went to start and type in regedit now press ctrl+f for find and type in "adobe air" without the quotes then click find next the first entry it finds is the one I deleted, it is a long number on left side of screen that is greyed just right click and delete it, I then rebooted the computer and ran adobe air installation and it worked with out a problem
I hate editing the reg but this worked!
So now we will need to remove all the bits we installed to rid the toolbars…I figure Ill have to do it on each user account, correct?
JRT will need removing for each user, along with AdwCleaner where used, but theoretically OTL from the admin account should clear the rest
The restore points will need to be done for each user
Subject to no further problems
I will remove my tools now and give some recommendations, but, I would like you to run for 24 hours or so and come back if you have any problems
Now the best part of the day ----- Your log now appears clean 
A good workman always cleans up after himself so…The following will implement some cleanup procedures as well as reset System Restore points:
Run OTL and hit the cleanup button. It will remove all the programmes we have used plus itself.
Clear Restore Points
Go Start > All Programmes > Accessories > System tools
Right click Disc Cleanup and select run as administrator
When it pops up at the first prompt select OK after it has done some calculations the tabs will appear
Select More Options tab
Press Sytem Restore and Shadow Copies Cleanup button

I would recommend that you completely uninstall Java unless you need it to run an important software.
