Hey guys new to this forum!
Well I installed avast pro on my computer at home. Everything was great except now I can’t view youtube videos and can’t sign in to some places. I tryed to unistall and restarted. The problem persisted. So I deleted the folder and restarted and still nothing happend. I reinstalled and there was still the problem. I know it has to have soemthing to do with avast because I was watching video’s right before on youtube. I need some help guys. Thanks alot and I hope my question can be answered! I do not want to reformat.

Which was your old antivirus (before avast)?
Which browser are you using?
I do not have a firewall- but I used to use zonealarms. (removed)
Old AntiVirus was Norton 2003 (i deleted and unistalled it)
I am using IE 8.
Better, first, get rid of Norton leftovers…
- Remove NAV or Norton 360 through Add/Remove programs from Control Panel. Boot.
- Use Norton Removal Tool for Windows 2000/XP/Vista or Norton Removal Tool for Windows 98/Me. Boot.
- Install avast! (or repair the installation) and boot.
The Norton Removal Tool uninstalls all Norton 2008/2007/2006/2005/2004/2003 products and Norton 360 from your computer.

Alright so there was no luck. I downlaoded the norton removal and ran it. I clicked repair on avast still nothing. I even tryed downloading mozilla firefox and that didn’t even let me see videos. I also ran across another problem that is happening. Sometimes it wont let me click things or when i’m on my laptop i went to mozilla.com and there was a download now button on the homepage. When i went on the screwed up computer it didn’t show that. More help plzz! I love avast except this is really pissing me off.
