SDBot-194-B and Esepoc-B

Today Avast found these virii on my computer
SDBot-194-B is in C:\windows\system32\navmgrd.exe/[upx]

Esepoc-B is in C:\windows\system32\tksru98/[upx]

Avast cannot repair, move, or delete the file even in safe mode and I can’t find these files in the folder. I removed navmgrd.exe from starting up automatically with HiJackThis. Can anybody help me with removal?

It shouldbe possible to delete the file in safe mode. If not, as you said, just rename it in safe mode, restart and try to get rid of it then.
